ACC
ACC helps get New Zealanders — and visitors to NZ — back to everyday life if they have had an accidental injury.
For veterans, this is especially relevant for those who served after 1 April 1974, when ACC was created. After this date, Veterans' Affairs are only able to cover injuries or illnesses which are related to Qualifying Operational Service.
